How can I measure my business results? What tools do you use?

User interactions are measured as events that occur during each session. The first phase involves analyzing the website itself to map certain actions to custom events that will be created in further steps. Following this, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (for data visualization) are set up and correctly configured. Both processes occur during the first month. By the second month, once everything is working correctly and data has been collected, data analysis and reporting begins.

Can I measure offline campaigns with Analytics? Which KPIs and metrics are relevant to my online campaign?

If Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are correctly configured, you can measure offline KPIs and send them into your platform. UTMs and different kinds of connectors can help integrate offline and online data. This allows you to group your offline metrics with relevant online campaign KPIs provided by Google, such as conversion rate, click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC), among others.

What are the benefits in using Google Analytics 4?

Google Analytics 4 offers several key benefits. It provides enhanced cross-platform tracking, allowing you to monitor user interactions across websites and apps, even in real-time. The event-driven data model transforms user behavior into detailed insights that can be customized using Google Tag Manager and its data layer. Which pricing plans do you offer? How much does it cost?

I offer you a flexible pricing model based on three different plans. These plans have been set up in order to allow you to play with different combinations so you can select the price you are willing to pay each month. Pricing is not only determined by your plan (that you can swap easily at no cost), but also by the type of website and the type of order. A total of 9 final prices are offered based on these factors. You can see them at 'Plans'.

What's GDPR? How can I set up Consent Mode?

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation. Recent European policies have made it mandatory that advertising must preserve users' rights related to privacy by rejecting cookies data collection by default, only accepted when user consent it. Cookie banner needed can be implemented by code or easily installed using any CMP given by Google, installing the CookieYes plugin for Wordpress or creating a CookieYes tag with Google Tag Manager, for example.

How can I update Universal Analytics to GA4?

Google will automatically create a basic GA4 property for you, but you will need to configure your custom events and data streams again. If you prefer not to use the property Google created, you can start by creating a new GA4 property in your Google Analytics account. Use the GA4 Setup Assistant to connect your existing Universal Analytics property with the new GA4 property. Next, configure your data streams and set up key events and conversions as they were before. Ensure that Google Tag Manager is updated and correctly tracking both Universal Analytics and GA4 events and tags. Once everything is set up and tested, you can begin using GA4 for your data analysis reporting.
